i kinda like the idea of Kelly shoring up AZ, and NV. i see the states going together
i'm past Cooper, i don't see what he delivers, and Beshear being younger makes him better than Cooper. if Shapiro's really willing to abandon his post (possibly), he's probably the best pick, but i never saw him going for it
