I'm I reading the popular vote turnout correctly? She only got 66 million vs 81 million for Biden? I Know all the votes are not in but most states have already been called.

Trump is 71 million vs 74 million form four years ago.

Bernie basically set Biden’s domestic economic agenda and America has rejected it.

With all due respect you can’t be a black man and still think it was the economic policies that was the determining factor in this election

No he didn’t, was Biden more progressive yes but that is because of Bernie’s presence but to say he set Biden’s domestic economic agenda is crazy.

Curtis betrayed Marshall for that dude :martin:

I think that's why he doesn't really be around one another like they used to. It was probably a business deal anyway. 50 is a household name now so he doesn't really need Em anyway. Em isn't even popular like that as much he gets criticized a lot due to what he gives support to.

No I defended Joe Biden during 2020 on here and I voiced support for Kamala this year.

But your retarded ass needs to be called out. You came at @FAH1223 over and over. And talked down to everyone like you’re some political guru when you’re just an arrogant clown who’s out of his depth
I’ll slap the shyt out of you homie real talk… I based all my takes on actual pst outcomes period…

Its the Dems fork in the road. Be moderste enough to take votes from Repiblicans or progressive enough to turnout more voters. Kamala's campaign was a chance to see how/if double dipping works. It doesnt seem like it but we'll know more in the coming days where thingd went off tbe rail exactly
They know what wins. Appealing to material interests and helping people. Moving right has never worked no matter how many times they say it. Doing that costs them 2-3 votes for every one they pick up.

They were on anything but their best behavior. Refusing to deal with a pandemic, sedition, an ally being invaded, refusing to deal with a rogue judiciary, refusing to go all out to handle student debt, refusing to fix our electoral system, and then bankrolling genocide. They did all of this while chasing the endorsements of George bush’s cabinet too. These guys threw the election the same way they did in 2016 and tried to in 2020.

What about universal healthcare? Free college and loan forgiveness? A federal minimum wage? No genocide?

I think if she ran on those “magical” policies, she would have won. By landslide. :francis:
You’re missing the point. How many voters do you think stayed on home in this election because Kamala wasn’t running on those things?

How many voters would have flipped from Trump to Kamala if Kamala ran on more liberal policies if her biggest criticism in exiting polling was that she was too liberal?

You people need to stop living in a dream world. This country is uneducated, racist and misogynistic. There’s nothing Kamala could have done to overcome this sorry.

Would women come out to vote for him though?

This is what I don’t think people are getting. apathy wasn’t Kamala’s problem, her coalition was energized. The issue is that we don’t have the numbers to out vote racists and misogynists.

Once we accept this fact we can strategize going forward. How do we make people less racist and misogynistic?

I think the answer is white male supremacy has to fail spectacularly for the country to wake up from its fever dream. This is going to be a rough 4 years but maybe the silver lining is that America will finally have its come to Jesus moment and realize that propping up mediocre white men is not the answer.
In a weird way. Trump is our greatest ally going forward.

Only way to put the nastys back in the box is to fukk them over royally.

Now i pivot to hoping for absolute fukkery and chaos. Watch these cacs stumble all over themselves and crash out :blessed:

People don’t care about this stuff. Campaigning on this stuff isn’t going to make a Latino man enamored with Trump vote for Kamala.
