Trump’s AG will be able to nominate the judges who will hear these cases. You remember how he got his Florida case moved/dismissed in his favor? Judge Cannon was unqualified by any objective standard but it didn’t matter.

Trump isn’t going to build 5 star hotels for them. Housing them in terrible conditions is already something he has done the first time.

AG doesn't nominate judges. The president does. As far as the federal bench, but it's really some kind of back channel/white house task force sort of thing. Like a judge in whatever circuit starts doing outreach to the White House, like a Don McGhan or whoever and he gets in the presidents ear.
