Black voters regardless of ethnicity vote 80-95% in favor of Democrats. It's a matter of turnout.
I highly doubt that Kamala will win Florida, though.

she doesn’t need to win florida. the value of making it competitive is the money trump will have to allocate in order to keep it. it’s clear he’s being stretched thin, while her campaign continues raising money at a healthy clip.
