Republicans will be trying to shut you down, trying to make YOU feel guilty for rejoicing in this moment after trump was found guilty.

I say fukk that.

We've been following this shyt show for years, and when MAGA wasn't calling for Hillary Clinton to be jailed, we've been mercilessly ridiculed and trolled every time trump avoided legal accountability.

trump has pointed his own crooked finger at others and shamelessly called to "lock her/him up" without there even being a crime.

No evidence.
No Grand Jury.
No due process.

But trump got all of that AND MORE. He was afforded every bit of fairness under the law, and then some. He repeatedly violated gag orders, attacking the judge, his daughter, witnesses, and even the jury.

He had MILLIONS of other people's dollars that he used to secure the worst lawyers money could buy.

He got to go home every night, instead of having to eat shytty dry bologna sandwiches in central booking.

And a jury of his peers -- which HIS attorneys helped select -- were the ones who convicted him. Hell, there was even one who gets their news from Truth Social!

They listened to witnesses and saw evidence presented for weeks, deliberated carefully, and delivered their UNANIMOUS verdict.

This wasn't rigged, and you should doubt anyone who ONLY says things are rigged when he loses.

I'm glad because, at least for ONE day, my faith in the justice system has been temporarily renewed. Despite his "wealth" and his power and connections, Donald trump was FINALLY convicted.

You can, and should, feel good about it, because any of us would already be serving time behind bars for any and all of the 88 counts he faces.

And I've said it many times before, I'll say it again: We don't defeat him in the court; we defeat him and trumpism at the ballot box.

Bigly.

shyts actually crazy. I think every citizen should become a juror at least one and you'll see what I'm talking about. You all get selected by your questions/race/background and then you listen to the trial and then deliberate. The case I was on was for this old dude that was accuse of raping his grandaughters(One was 16 other was 2-3). He was very rich as he owned a 18-wheeler 24/7 repair shop. If a rig was broken down anywhere at anytime, they would come fix. This nikka had at least 5 properties and tons of sports cars. First witness was an uncle who watched the little one. Apparently, the little one kept saying weird shyt when she was being changed or bathed (pop pop rubs me here etc).

Next was the case worker who did her intake when the family had suspicion. They showed us the whole interview(video) and even the little girl identified the grandfather as the person who was doing the molesting. Older granddaughter came up and talked about what she went through. I've never been molested, but the way she was talking and moving reminded me of when my wife told me what happened to her. This nikka was guilty as fukk no question about it. Of course the state and the defense go back and forth, closing statements and then we're sent to deliberate(didn't leave stayed in the court room).

Over the course of the trial, and during periods breaks and lunch, we all spent time talking with each other. At that time I was a Jr in college and working so I had a lot to talk about. The other people were quite diverse, but I noticed during selection the defense picked a lot of older white men(at least 6). We were actually having a good time chatting about our lives etc. We weren't allowed to talk about the case until the closing statements were done.

Before we could deliberate, we had to select a jury foreman, which surprisingly everyone selected me(youngest person judge has seen). I am given the pamphlet with the counts and I decided to have everyone go around and give out their opinion of the case. The surprise I had when all the older white men didnt believe he did because he was a veteran, they didn't find porn in his house(they didn't search for any) etc. That is when I finally got why jury selection can convict an innocent men or set a evil man free. They even went on about the older grandaughter wearing ripped jeans and, from one of the jurors "give the grandfather wrong signals".

We deliberated for eight hours going back and forth. Some of the other jurors just wanted to do not guilty just to go home. Another one said fukk this and went into a corner to sleep. Myself and a few others refused to do not guilty so we had a hung jury. Seeing that older grandaughters face was so devastating. They both should've got justice, but these old ass white man were so hung up on him being a vet and the grandaughters apparel.

After the trial, weeks go by and I get a call from the defense. They mentioned how cool it was that I was the foreman and wanted to get my opinion of the case(to prepare for the retrial). I told them in the most respectful way possible to GTFO my phone. Funny thing about it? The defense was the same lawyers who defended Daniel Holtzclaw.

Everyone should become a juror at least once in their lives. You will fully understand if someone gets guilty on ALL 34 counts they guilty as fukk!
I got called up twice. First time I talked crazy on purpose while the attorneys questioned us just get excused. A little ashamed of that now but I was young and a different person then. Second time I got selected. I'm gonna rep you but not going into details on my time because it plain sucked and really showed how a lot of people don't take the responsibility seriously. Terrible experience. You are spot on about the apathy. Always a few that just don't care and wanna just go home.

Now They screaming "Boycott New York". Yeah OK. The biggest Financial Center in the United States. Good luck with that. Look it was just karma justice that New York took him down. He is from Queens. Also New York voted against Trump twice. New Yorkers know him better than anyone in this Country.

Facctttttssssssssssssssss… I had sat on a jury in the south Bronx years ago.. prob about 20 years since.. I was on a jury of a dude indicted for murder of a livery cab driver that happened in a fast food parking lot… majority of the jury was old black men and old black women… I was 1 of 3 younger jurors on that panel.. The defendant had a court appointed attorney.. We heard both the defense and state sides… The state witnesses were the detectives who investigated the murder and got a written confession from him while he was doing time for drug possession in a state prison..

All the state did was go on the word of the detectives, they didn’t produce any physical evidence placing the dude at the scene, no camera footage off the incident being that it happened in a fast food parking lot and get this the detectives said 3 witnesses saw the defendant running from the scene yet the state couldn’t produce those witnesses to testify.. The detectives said their names were “Tre bag, Homie and Jeff” :dead:

All the old jurors on the panel wanted to convict dude and I literally had to convince them that there was no physically evidence placing the defendant in the vehicle or at the scene.. 2. You taking the word of detectives who said they had to travel 4 hours upstate to visit the defendant in prison on a prior drug possession where they got a written confession.. 3. The so called 3 witnesses who say the defendant running from the scene names are homie, tre bag and Jeff..

I said why would a low level drug dealer waste his time killing a livery cab driver whom he didn’t know from a can of paint? There is no evidence linking him to the crime, and there is no one in the hood especially in the south Bronx who’s names are homie, Tre bag and Jeff… That was clearly made up by the detectives… Then we ask what was promised to the defendant in order for the detectives to get that confession.. We found out the detectives told the defendant he would get his current sentence reduced smh

I said the defendant is not guilty and you older folk willing to keep an already convicted man currently in prison for drugs is not the way.. after 4 hours we all came back with a not guilty verdict.. Even the court appointed attorney was shocked at the win…
