Imo if Trump does get a last minute deal it would be probation and a suspended sentence. Weisselberg pleaded guilty to pretty much the same thing as well as perjury and only got 10 total months. Trump doesn't have a record, is a former POTUS and is running for POTUS now. A judge isn't going to jail him at all before November

I'm sure his lawyers have been begging and pleading for him to take a deal but Trump is intent on digging himself a deeper hole.
