I liked the 7-match series with him and Andrade. It felt like by the end of it the crowd was fukkin with both. Since then, I don't know. It was cool to see him in there with Cody even though we knew where that was going.

I don’t get why they didn’t have Carmelo or Andrade win the US title off LA Knight after that instead of holding off and having washed Shinsuke get the rub of winning the title.

I don't think it's that complex.

LA stayed on the sidelines and promo'd on both of them and came up on top to lose to a guy that ain't been seen in a year and was a jobber last time.

If Vince was still here, ppl would say he was bullying Melo and Andrande.

HHH killed all of their momentum with that stupid triangle finish and Knight's throwaway loss to Shin.

• Melo debuts and has a match with Cody (April 26)
• He wins a matche in the King of the Ring Tournament
• Pinned Orton to qualify for the Money In The Bank
• Money In The Bank

That's a great first three months.

Here's where Melo got off track;

The Seven Game series was from July to October.

Melo looks like a herb. I get the overconfidence thing and I put some of that on Andrande not being great to work a story with outside the ring.

LA Knight beats him.

Then of course, LAK messes up "Game 7" and then LAK goes over...then loses the title 3 weeks later in a cold ass "feud."

Melo is salvagable, but, keep him off TV, don't have him jobbin' to Stroman and shyt.
