When you look at the GM’s who bomb, go back and notice they never really picked players or were involved in that on their former teams

Look at John Idzik for the jets. He was in seattles front office when they got good, but he was the cap and contract guy. That’s a valuable role but that’s not picking players, it’s not like he drafted Russell Wilson or Richard Sherman.

When he actually had that job for the Jets he embarrassed himself. Google the Idzik 12
