damn the titans willing to throw Malik in the bushes already.
shiit maybe they convince some team to take him off their hands based off "potential"
but maybe they couldve used that 3rd round pick on a player that would impact theiir winning more last year
He’s a real project and the titans say he ain’t it, so they either keep him or trade him or cut him

Texans have some thinking to do if Titans get that pick. They want Anderson at 2 and apparently Stroud too if they want to trade up

With Titans at 3 they can only do one or the other

Take Anderson at 2, go best available at 12 (or trade down from 12), be the worst team in the league, get Caleb next year :yeshrug:

I would take Stroud at 2, Jaxon at 12, and try to be competitive.

If they pass on Stroud he's going to Indy. You trade with the Titans they take him. Both teams are in your division. You need a QB so take him and get ahead of both rivals.

They knew he was raw but he had to play due to injuries.

Their problem is Vrabel isn't going to tank and lose his job so getting a QB this year buys him time. They should just get on the phone with Lynch and trade for Trey Lance. He'll come at a much lower cost than moving up to pick 2 or 3. Name him the starter, Tannehill backs him up for this season, and Malik can be 3rd string while developing to be the backup after this season.

Malik is basically free money for the new GM. If he shows up in the summer and looks improved then great, if he doesn't then it's not the new GMs problem since he didn't draft him. Definitely won't stop him from going to get his own QB if the opportunity is there.

hoping the boys continue the trend of drafting at least half competent players
