With the way the game is played, with 38.7% of shots being 3's, the 3 pt Shootout really should be the final event on All Star Saturday Night. Is there anybody that doesn't think it's the premiere event?

The Skills competition should be second. Is it great? Maybe not but it's more exciting than the Dunk Contest.

The Dunk Contest is usually the worst event of the night and a big letdown after the 3 pt Shootout. It's full of wack showmanship, incessant non-attempts, and missed attempts. It should be relegated to the first event.
