Baker publicly acting like a hoe over the Watson situation hurt his market value. They're aren't many teams looking for a starter so why bring him in when he's going to act a fool if you draft a QB? You want a guy your rookie can learn from not someone who going to see them as a threat.

A guy like Mariota, Tyrod, Brissett, or Bridgewater is going to be a professional and accept his role as a starter, stop gap, or back up. Can't have an ego when you're not that guy.
