Yeah, but it just goes back to optics; Republicans have maps heavily Gerrymandered, they should have won the House easily in the Midterms when a Dem is President like in 2010. Imagine the headlines of "Dems hold House and Senate after Midterms"; then that will be crushing.
Pretty crazy. But I'm guessing this is just Republicans operatives working behind the scenes to get Trump out of the way. They want their old party back

WSJ is owned by Rupert Murdoch, so it's not really a surprise they'd take their shots.
Be very interesting to see what the response will be from Right wing pundits if Trump is indicted.

If dems hold by 1 seat it kills republicans' entire plan to hold the economy hostage in exchange for social security/Medicaid cuts. Assuming dems keep the senate it also allows Biden to get some more reconciliation bills passed.
Plus I think it would stop most of the dumb ass investigations about Hunter Biden or impeachment attempts or whatever BS they were planning on

couldn't ask for a bigger GOP LIf Dems hold the house it kills any BS investigations plans the Republicans have. Basically with a slim majority for the Republicans all they can do is a million investigations like Benghazi which will lead to nowhere but to get their base excited.
