I swear wrestling fans throw all logic out of the window. They watch these people for years on a weekly basis so there is a connection which blinds them from being objective.
The only releasing that had me like damn was Samoa Joe
AEW booking for bigger wrestlers goes like this:
-Debut by beating up a mid card person or by battle royal
-wins first feud/battle royal
-has a feud on Dynamite with another midcarder. Wins feud
-starts appearing on Dark and only appears on Dynamite in vignettes.
-Challenges TNT champion to a title match on a special episode of Dynamite (ie Fyter Fest)
-Loses match and then fades away to Dark
-Comes back at the next battle royal on a PPV
-This is all subject to change and not be exactly what happens. Moxley is definitely the exception
-Swann is in Impact. Tony Khan hasn’t let Swann appear on Dynamite eventhough Kenny is defending his title against him on an Impact PPV......but that’s a whole other can of worms
I know a dude who was swearin' me up and down that she cut a "fire promo" and "deserved" a shot at Mania and it's all "creative"'s fault that she was plain and uncharismatic... I'm like
what she does woulda gotten her further in the Michelle McCool/Kelly Kelly/Eve Torres/Alicia Fox era but that was a while back. Keeping the Iiconics together probably woulda been a lot better for both of 'em, but I'm more surprised by Billie being let go than I am about Royce because she was pretty meh-ish by herself. Homie thinks she coulda been a big deal, and I said that's like saying Akira Tozawa can be like Daniel Bryan if creative does it for him... no he can't!

people throwing out all types of AEW & Impacr scenarios, but between both of those promotions, less than a handful of people might get picked up.
NWA should be eating off of this deavors season. maybe MLW makes a couple pickups. i could see SWE giving out alot of work.
as far as AEW & Impact goes
samoa joe - is all elite.
chelsea green should be well sought after. AEW & impact finna have a small bidding war.
mickie james - prolly NWA. but im sure impact would love to have her. i dont think AEW is the place if its true that shes approaching retirement.
kallisto - i guess he goes back to mexico??
iiconics are trash but theyre a perfect fit in the smark humor sector of impact, plus theyre a team to add to the knockouts tag division.........or peyton could just go to AEW of course, as her husband is cody's bul. but if shes so passionate like people claim in here, i dont think she would want the buddy system label on her.

Tucker is literally a CAW. The only thing good about that is he’s 30, could go away overseas or something and totally rebrand to the point of where “Tucker Knight” would be a distant memory. Ideally, that’s what he should do. If he was like 38+, he may as well open up a wrestling school or general gym.
