Youngkin hasn’t really been all up in Trumps ass though.

I think he played it well by basically having the same policies (and winning over Trump supporters and not getting Trump to attack him) but not using Trumps language and tactics (thus not being completely off-putting).

If he wins it could be a blueprint for others to follow.

my opinion of this statement would be that people are either referencing the big but lowly populated red areas in the interior or the way race quickly reveals the red in these faux white progressives - repealing affirmative action, upholding cash bail, some other propositions i can't remember. but yes, CA is a shythole on many dimensions from the high taxes that don't seem to result in tangible benefits and social services, to the wonky woke signaling laws we pass...only thing i think they got right was environmental protection laws

So basically supposedly blue shyt that doesn’t seem to actually be in practice anywhere that anyone can see. Sounds like New York.
