Keeping McNeil isn't a move I agree with especially considering he wasn't liked in the clubhouse. He needs to rebound in a big way. Now that the shift is banned, we're going to see how bad his glove really is.

Anthony Recker said this on Hot Stove before the lockout. He still has ties to the organization. McNeil would be upset when they won if he went 0/4 but if he hit 2/3 in a loss, he was in a good move. A lot of people didn't like how selfish he was.
