Looks like Ruf is going the Michael Cuddyer route. Man just lost it from one moment to the next. Mets definitely lost that trade.

Davis: 44 games, 33 Hits, 7 HRs, .280 BA, 136 PA's.....JD has also had more playing time.

Don't know why Buck let Alvarez hit in that spot. After the first swing and miss I knew he was over matched. should have used Vogelbach. Lindor had the worst at bat to start the inning.

This series has been a replay of all our important late season series' between Mets v Braves.

The Mets better win today and sweep the Nationals, I don't want to hear any excuses... this team and the wild card round does not match up well.

The lineup is completely unbalanced. 1-5 get on base and hit, 6-9 are automatic outs. It's a start-and-stop lineup. That's why they struggle severely with runners on base. Ie. Bases loaded, 0 outs, here come Guillorme, Nido, and Naquin.
