Padres are in Queens this weekend, but this is not baseball weather. Too hot to play, much less watch a game.
95-104 don’t be surprise if you see someone get out the game due to the heat. All they have is those big industrial fans in the dugout.

I like it. Platoon with a righty bat possibly Vientos or another low cost bat from outside. Keep the farm intact.
Guessing there is more relief available than bats this deadline.

It's not a good trade. Period.

Holderman has been one of the best arms of late in a really shaky bullpen... Voglebach crushes righties can't hit lefties and strikes me as someone likely to fold under the bright lights of NY. I'd almost rather give up more for more of a sure thing. Getting real lefty Jason Bay vibes.:snoop:

Now we can get rid of Smith/Davis. Wonder which one goes next.
Definitely Dom his fall off is crazy. At this point he’s a free out you’d be better off having degrom comeback early and DH :russ: He’d put up better numbers
Aside from Marte, Darvish kinda has the Mets' number. We have to beat Snell tomorrow. The man is ass lol.
Coli jinx :damn:

So, this is a Sabermetrics trade lol. I’m not mad at it though we need runs more than we need pitching imo
I have no clue what else they're planning to address the offense but I hope the plan is to take on money and trade some lower position player prospects for most of the other trades. Biggest prospect they should consider moving is Mauricio imo.
