9x seems like a lot to not just refuse to work with him way before that and if they fire you instead of take action then sue then?

hard to believe his wardrobe malfunction defense after his first statement tho

looks like the whole franchise bout to be in trouble though

She probably tried to work out a deal with them beforehand and used the lawsuit as a last resort. At some point, people have to start acknowledging that the NBA is slowly becoming the NFL in off the court fukkery.

Why are you still working with him after the third time?

That’s victim blaming, which a lot of posters are guilty of.
ok i am victim blaming.

nine times is a lot though, at some point you'd think you'd refuse to work with him and if you got fired over it, it's not like 5 times vs 9 times makes it any different.

it's hard to pretend like primo did nothing wrong tho, he basically admitted to it in his first statement so. fukk em :yeshrug:

It’s a logical explanation. If working for the league was her dream job, then speaking up would cause her to be blackballed, so you put up with it until you can’t take it anymore or they let you go. It doesn’t make sense, but it would amaze you what people put up with at their job on a daily basis that never comes to light for whatever reason.

Don’t forget you had posters on this site saying that the cameraman shouldn’t have filed the lawsuit and dealt with the push from Adams so he wouldn’t be blackballed out of what was potentially a dream job for him.
