If anything, those are amongst the least controversial tweets Stoller has made. What exactly is objectionable about:
1) The media's obsession with horserace-style electoral coverage diminishes the actual importance of governance.
2) The former two presidents presided over a decline in quality of life metrics and pursued policies designed to buoy the wealthy at the expense of the working class, resulting in the general public becoming disinterested/unknowledgable with regards to the actual power the government has to improve our lives.
3) Under the Obama administration, rural communities (African-American in particular) got hit especially hard and received what was inadequate assistance at best, and active hostility at worst.
4) Democrats used to campaign on actual, measurable policies that improved the lives of the people whereas in recent times Democratic campaigning has been more or less "We're not as bad as the other guys!"
5) Black voters have historically been politically savvy and moved their vote to the party that best represented their interests.
I don't see how finger-pointing at Republicans or vaguely invoking American history nullifies any of the points Stoller made.
