Ain’t nothing wrong with your position. Inevitably more stuff will come out about her. She hasn’t gotten anyone to attack her yet. She’s running free and clear currently.

When that recent stuff does come out hopefully you believe her recent actions reflects on what type of person she is.

I’ll leave it at that. :sas2:

Joe sees himself as a one term, stabilizing force that rebuilds our international relationships and puts in a tweaks here and there to keep things steady through tough times until 2024.

I think black people as a group, are more cynical about change than most, and fear that even if there is a super progressive Bernie or Warren-type option, they either won't beat Trump or that their progressive plans won't help them that much. Biden is the comfortable pick here. I think the same goes for independents and never Trumpers.

On the other hand, younger voters are more likely to think the bridge to 2024 is unnecessary and are ready for some different shyt to happen RIGHT NOW. I don't see Biden doing well with that crowd. Reddit hates dude almost as much as Trump. :heh:

@tru_m.a.c might be one of the few people that's picked up on it, but I've moved further left from a staunch moderate position just from having a child who had to spend weeks in the NICU. Despite might experience turning out well, my interactions with the other families really opened my eyes. I had people I was with day in and day out get hit with crippling bills when one of their twins passed. I dunno, this country can afford better.

shyt, it shouldnt cost me near a condo just to get my son home. :francis:
My wife’s good friend from her childhood’s husband just had a stroke. Dude is 37.

The medical bills are destroying them. Dude also hasn’t been able to work. It is terrible, and there doesn't seem a path out.

When my wife told me that, all I could be was enraged at people who don't support a universal healthcare plan.

I have a kid on the way in a couple of months, literally hoping every day I don't hit the medical bill lottery :sadcam:
I don't think I'd be crushed completely due to my insurance, but it leaves a lot to be desired and I'd happily throw it away for UHC.

:patrice:The media slowly and finally turning on Biden.

:jbhmm:Wonder if the plan is to push Warren and let her lose to Trump, guaranteeing sky high ratings for MSNBC for another 4 years.

Seems like most employers have gone to only offering high deductible insurance plans which are absolutely garbage if you ask me. When these clowns say people like their employer offered plans.. :mjlol:

If I had an emergency medical situation tomorrow I think it would absolutely wreck my savings. I couldn't imagine having a kid with one of these plans.. Like it's almost certain they'll need expensive medical care while they're young at some point. System is a complete racket. The billing is so convoluted.. Like obviously the insurance companies are mostly to blame but the providers need a reality check too. Good luck out there breh

I want to see the National Black Caucus and Congressional Black Caucus research and develop a short list (3) of potential means/methods of distribution of reparations that will restore or generate as much of the wealth of ADOS as possible due to the affects of slavery.

Asking a presidential candidate about reparations is meaningless with out some type of groundwork already in place. You're essentially giving them a free pass to pander to a community while having nothing in place to potentially deliver on. Imagine us having these health care/medicare 4 all conversations and no candidate having any tangible plan for what it would look like.

I don't just want to hear what a candidate feels about reparations, I want to know how the candidate feels about the legislation (ex. The ADOS Reparations Act of 2020) and are they onboard with it, if not what are they proposing to make it better or what are they looking to try and re-negotiate.

That's not going to happen because our politicians only care about illegals. They aren't doing anything for their constituents and that's why many Black people are getting fed up with our current representation.

Why Bernie supporters so toxic?

:mjcry:

Now he's accusing ADOS of being funded by White Nationalists. A White Liberal accusing Black folks of being the "real racists.":mjpls:

I don't understand how he gets away with saying the things he does on a majority Black message board without being called a troll. I missed when was just a wrestling persona.

That's my point. There's nothing about Warren's progressive record we shouldn't believe.

And if we have to go back 30 years for a gotcha then we're doing exactly what we say we hate.
How about this though? As a Warren supporter, what is your stance on her supporting big companies over victims?

Legit Question.

I have Yang, Bernie and Warren as my top 3 but that can change between the 3.
