I’m not a Biden supporter but comparing him to Hillary is :stopitslime:

Hillary was universally hated .ESPECIALLY in Michigan since people are referencing that poll.

Hillary was dead on arrival in Michigan. She was the clear front runner cleaning Bernie up in early primary states, then Michigan came up and went strong for Bernie .The media and Dems foolishly acted like it was just a blip on the radar and not a sign of things to come .

No competent Democratic presidential candidate should lose Michigan (not to mention damn near losing Minnesota :wtf:) .Hillary was just flawed up here .

Biden,Bernie and Warren would outperform 2016 Hillary easily up here.
Biden has a worse track record on policies for the poor and middle class than Hillary does.

Hillary's rep has been dragged through the mud for 20+ years. She's viewed as a cold, calculated c*nt by a huge swath of this country. Biden's record might be worse, but he's generally viewed as being a good-natured amicable person. He's much more relatable than HRC. He's got the built-in advantage of being a white male and strong ties to an important state - Pennsylvania. The voter base is also on full alert right now, nobody's taking Trump lightly like in '16.

Bill Clinton should have been more involved with her campaign. Apparently from what I've read she deferred to Robby Mook over her husband on several issues and it backfired. Biden is seen as a true ally of Obama. HRC is a former opponent turned subordinate.

I've always said the primary would be more difficult for Biden than the general. But you have to admit him sustaining this lead after a poor debate performance and racial scandal is pretty formidable. Like I said above I think every time Trump throws an insane tantrum it helps Biden draw in voters who disgusted with Trump and just want to see him defeated.
Biden was never going to drop in the polls until near the end of this year or next year. No one can write him off until the South has its say. The problem with what you’re saying about HRC is that she literally said it doesn’t matter if people liked you. Her calculus was that she would get the Obama coalition out. How is Biden going to convince all black people and young people to come out? It wasn’t the people who hated Hillary they cost her the election. It was the friends who stayed home. Granted, Trump has pissed off the left to such a degree to where what you’re saying has some merit. Biden may just win on the tuck Trump wave and then lose everything in the midterms.

Remember that HRC had very high approval ratings before she ran for president. John Kerry was more popular as a SOS than he ever was as a candidate. I don’t think anyone has the nomination before the convention and it will be very interesting to see how the Democrats decide on giving it to Biden, which they will do.

That doesn’t matter IMO.People found Hillary
personally Unlikeable that’s not the same for “Uncle Joe” add to the fact that Joe Biden is a white man with an Obama co-sign he’d be alright..I don’t see the Hillary connection.

It would be an underwhelming nominee but he’d win the election.

Unless some scandalous shyt pops up .

Southern states shouldn't be allowed to have Democratic primaries until those states prove they can turn blue in the general. :yeshrug:
Should start with the perceived swing states and work out from there

South Carolina ,Utah,Texas and etc have no business deciding the nomination early .

Same with reliable blue states like California and Oregon should be later on in the process too

I don't know about that, but we'd be better off using Maryland as a proxy for black voters instead of South Carolina. It has a higher black population and one that's more socio-economically diverse.

:mjlol: Bernie Bros fearful of another massacre through the south by Biden. That Hillary ether was a devastating blow :ohlawd:

That’s what I been tryna to tell ppl.

Southerners are not voting for progressive candidates like Bernie/Kamala/Warren.

They will however vote for someone who is a centrist and a male aka Biden.

The Dems like to learn things the hard way. The far left liberals already have a disdain for southern voters.
