Sanders has like 20000 people on the ground in Iowa the last I heard, and those are volunteers. Liz has her work cut out for her. From the polling I see, Biden’s lead is strictly attributed to black voters and the person in second place with black people is Bernie Sanders. The two white guys doing better with black people than both Harris and Booker is a bit surprising. But Liz’s biggest problem is that white men still ain’t rocking with a woman like that unless they have a college degree. It is why Bernie polls better against Trump in the Midwest - he takes away his high school educated white man support. I support Warren because I think it would be easier to get the party behind her, but in a general, Sanders has a higher ceiling based on current polls. Warren has to win over high school white men and more importantly, go at Biden’s black support. I don’t think old black people can be convinced tbh.

Bernie having a large grassroots army of volunteers is something polls ain't taking into account. Which is why he may surprise once again.

I can verify this. I'm in SC, an important primary state full of Baby Boomers of all races, and these older Black folks ain't having anything to do with Progressives and if you're not associate with the Clintons or Obamas, they aren't f_cking with you. They abhor the thought of basing anything on policy. It's about party and familiarity.

This is what I'm trying to get Bernie's supporters to understand that they are sampling YOUNGER Black folks and that's why his numbers are so high with Black Americans. If they disproportionately asked Black Baby Boomers who they are supporting, Biden will #1.

They are a lost cause and sold us young Black folks down the river a long time ago.
