Trump is almost guaranteed to lose the popular vote, but in the current system that doesn't matter. :yeshrug:
republicans will probably never win the popular vote again :ehh:

when the dems take power in the senate, they need to pass a measure that makes the senate less powerful. its a fukkin crime that the power is in the senate and not the house, when the house actually represents america and the senate is so badly skewed to the shythole states

:usure: idk breh a couple more job numbers like this and I'd say it's 50/50. Anything below 3.5% and it's going to be difficult for Dems to make the economy argument against Trump. They're going to have to make a clear distinction on wages, taxes, and health insurance. This is where them being wishy washy on these issues henders Dems.

Just trying to get people to move their feet and not their mouths.

All these races can be won if you chip into the % of non-voters. The problem is nobody wants to engage with them, because.....:yeshrug:

This is what happens when you don't give your people any wins. How did all those "be realistic and pragmatic" ideas help them?

I remember when Perry was bragging about his unemployment numbers too. Then we found out that it was all part-time, entry-level jobs. Is there any break down of these 263k jobs?

there isnt anything to scrutinize it. The employment numbers are bunk.

Dems need to talk about jobs with dignity and fairness. Driving Uber and working for Amazon Delivery is not dignified and fair job.

You only do this by adding more blue states.

I'd agree if it was an election year, but it's pretty unlikely these numbers will hold until 2020.

Trump and the gop have managed to make all sectors of government to lie in brazen manners for them. The treasury, dhs, justice, republican partisan judges, etc have all been caught lying about ridiculous sruff. what makes people so sure job numbers are genuine? what is that isconvincing people that trump will make people lie about inconsequential stuff but job numbers? the only thing he has as an arguement is the economy, so what makes people so sure that he will not pad up the numbers? later people are gonna realise, the whole thing was a just a house of cards.

The job numbers can be genuine, but the types of jobs people are getting aint good. I been saying this since Obama was president too. Salaried jobs are gone and being replaced by gig/unstable jobs. Thats not good.
