No, the United States is a country with perpetually abysmal voter participation rates due to purposeful disenfranchisement efforts by conservatives targeted towards the socially, racially, and economically marginalized. She also criticized the administration's foreclosure aid as not being good enough as people would still lose their homes even if they got aid because their payments were still high and they would still default.

Gillum ran to the center and campaigned with centrists after winning the nomination so he wasn't even that Progressive. When Progressive policies are just ballot measures and not connected to a politician they won most of the time last year.

Good for her...hopefully we can enact preventatives measures that curb people getting houses they cannot afford , so that the aid can be focused correctly on those who came into financial difficultly

Can you post stats or anything that supports your statements here.

I believe most non-partisan studies agree that people feel voting is a hassle particularly in districts that lean opposite to how you vote .

I agree there's voter restrictions as well but they mostly make it a bit of hassle and people don't want the hassle ....there are others that restrict but I doubt these are causing mass shifts in the habitually low participations

And Bernie would have done better in WI, MI, PA in the genera election. Populism in the Midwest works.
