Polls weren’t that off in 2016 in the general. Victory for Trump was within margin of error. We just lulled ourselves into believing he couldn’t win. That said, all polls are not created equal. If Biden is up 7 percent in an online poll then assume that he’s up by like 30 points.

yall need to quit crying about this because realistically it's part of what has bernie sailing along. other than the lower common denominator "he's a socialist" attack, bernie hasn't been attack substantively because the media ignores him and thus he's prospering
The problem with polls is that they're just not predictive of turnout, which reduces their relevance.
Trump could be at 35% approval, but if all of his people turn out in swing states and less than half of everybody else does then he'll still win.

Band wagoning effect is real. If the media doesn’t mention Bernie at all people assume he has no chance of winning and will vote for someone else. Bernie is doing well because he’s wildly popular and has an extremely loyal base but we also need some boomer voters and other demos who are big corporate media watchers to win

the people hanging tooth and nail on CNN/ MSNBC aint coming over to bernie anyway. and if the media covers him, it will not be for anything close to creating a bandwagon effect - pete's their guy for that. like i said, yall bernie supporters need to realize this has done him more good than bad. the establishment is waiting to tear him down and getting the media involved simply opens the door
If Bernie wants to win then his top priority should be outreach to older black voters.
