I want to add one more thing on reid.

Not only his history with Black QBs. But also Reid actually has a black OC on the chiefs team. His name is Eric bieniemy who was an all american and heisman trophy finalist with University of Colorado in 1990. Eric Bieniemy is not only a black OC, but he is one of only a hand full of black OCs in the history of the NFL.

With the chiefs superbowl birth Eric is now the first black OC ever to make an appearance in the superbowl.

Also In 1990 Eric was the starting RB with Colorado. That year Colorado won the national title (shared it with Georgie Tech). The starting QB for that Colorado team was a black QB by the name of Darian Haden (he is currently a running backs at Colorado).
