Yep dude is one of the few white head coaches I have ever constantly rooted for. I can honestly say that Reid has never had an issue drafting or starting black QBs.

I have had my issues over the years (from Mcnabb to Vick and Patrick) with his play calling and even at times the lack of surrounding his QB with weapons (Mcnabb). But I can say that he has always gave his black QBs an opportunity to start if they were the best man. Always gave them an opportunity to pass the ball and even make mistakes (which has been rare in the history of the league)

I been watching the NFL for multiple decades and I can't say the same for other white coaches when it came to black QBs starting for their teams.

So I salute the big mormon and hope he brings a championship back to KC...
