Cipriani lived in the apartment next door to me when I was living in Melbourne and he was playing Super Rugby there. Let's just say that he fukking loved to party.

I don't think that he was ever trusted for England, and in his early career he probably showed why. I'd also think that dislodging Farrell, who I really don't rate, was always gonna be difficult when his father was one of the coaches. England has always had a history for ditching any flair at 10 for solidity and pragmatism. Stuart Barnes an earlier example. I don't think that his placekicking was trusted at the highest level, either.

I will watch that video later. The first one you posted was pretty profound.
Yeah those Jamaican genes be coming out of Cips :lolbron:

Imagine telling a yardie breh they can't go out and get chicks :russ::mjlol:

Lessah Dat!

One of the most naturally talented players I've ever seen, he ran better lines than even Qaude Cooper.

Yeah, some of the slags who used to be in the elevators coming to visit...:wow::shaq::shaq:

He was amazing at Wasps in the English Premiership - used to terrorise defences. Just had so much talent & flair for the game. I hated how they used to try and hide him in defence, though, especially in the European games. I really wish he got a good run of games for England. That English side was so fukking dull, and the coaching was pretty trash. Suppose it was probably good for us Welsh that they didn't play him.

I always wanted to ask him about the bus incident but never got the chance. He was a fukking menace on the piss :lolbron:

Quade Cooper, Curtley Beale, and James O'Connor were proper tools - all should have had loooong international careers, but just didn't seem to give enough of a fukk. So much talent there, but so much wasted. fukk Australian rugby though - pack of c*nts, and they deserve their current state of Purgatory.

Speaking of Cips....this guy detailed his entire career in this great documentary.

I don't know if you know the guy who did this documentary, but he's also from around your way.
His channel could be huge but he posts sporadically.

British and Irish Lions Tour anyone

:whoo:

Springboks are waiting and ready. When we field our 1st team it's gonna be :whew::ohlawd::banderas::wow:

Love the Lions when it comes around but this time with Covid its just not hitting the same.

I think SA win 3-0 also. Their front row gonna be killing people. Alun Wyn body would not have coped with 3 full tests if he wasn't already injured. They have some big boys up front.

Saturday's Lions vs Bulls game cancelled due to covid. fukk, this tour could go south very quickly. I wonder if there's a chance that they'll just can the whole thing?

Watched it live, and caught a replay this morning whilst doing some chores. Itoje was magnificent.

Delighted from a Lions point of view, and some really big performances in a few key spots in the second half. Don't think that SA fans will be particularly happy with some of the close calls that went against them, but I don't think that there were any scandalous decisions.

Game noticeably changed up front when the first half front row came off, and the second half one came on. Really strange, as Nche, Monambi, and Nyakane were looking quite dominant.

Lions fitness got them over the line in the end, and Alun-Wyn Jones captained brilliantly. Decisions that were going one way in the first half started to more in Lions favour in the second. I can definitely say that we would've lost without him.

Really tough, attritional game, although I suspect that SA will feel that they have more areas on which that can play significantly better and take the series.

Definitely better as a series with the Lions winning the first.

Imagine not being able to catch/field any 50/50 kicks/tactical up-and-unders:francis:

Imagine playing 80min without once giving Kolbe space and time with ball in hand :francis:

Imagine starting Kwagga Smith at 8, with people like Jasper Wiese, Marcell Coetzee available :francis:

Also Kolisi is a useless captain :stopitslime:
The contrast between him and Alun Wyn Jones is like time travel.

Duane Vermulen needs to return asap, that Boer is irreplaceable.

fukkk that Boer, Marius Jonker useless TMO :scust:

Damn at least give us ONE :blessed:50/50 call :scust:

Congrats to the Boks. Deserved winners in the end. Warrenball definitely came back to bite the Lions, although Gats will always be a legend to me for what he has done with Wales & previous Lions tours.

Have to say, this is the first Lions tour that I haven't enjoyed. It's just materially worse without the fans & the actual tour aspect.

Feels like history repeating with old man Steyn killing us at the end.

Am definitely going to go for the next one in 12 years - I will be so :flabbynsick: but I don't give a fukk. Gonna give it a proper rip at 56 years old :myman::myman::myman:
