Memphis don't need to rebuild, they need a Tim Duncan like upgrade without moving anyone. Clearly no one in this class is Duncan but Porter Jr or Doncic is a massive upgrade over Ennis and Parsons

You have to hold on to first because of two reasons:

1 cheap cost controlled players
2 way to get off bad salary
