shyt, we route them in 6 if CP3 doesnt pull his hamstring but alas they lucked out and took advantage of it. We'd have done the same if KD or Curry had a series ending injury

CP3 played great that series. But if Iggy was playing he would've kept those "Others" from getting hot.

We beat them down in 6 if CP3 and Luc were healthy. Luc was arguably better than PJ Tucker before he dislocated his shoulder just before the playoffs and was never the same.

Damn shame but that's why Melo can be huge. He's filling a vacant spot we didn't have in the playoffs bc Luc was f'd up. And we still went 7.

It's on CP3 to integrate Melo

Was just about to say what Prime said. Luc was shook from using his arms after he got hurt and saw what happened to IT. Dont get me wrong,
Iggy a great two way threat but if both teams healthy, Houston would have won.

Unless Boogie messes up the dynamic though, Houston in an uphill battle this year:francis:
I was wholeheartedly against Melo coming last year vut we ain't got no choice this year, so if that nikkas don't wanna come off the bench if he ain't mixing...:sadcam:

Now if he can just swap Howard and Anderson out, get him to bench off Capela, the cipher of fukkery would be complete:mjgrin:

Anderson might be good for the regular season spacing the floor and offensive rebounding. But in the playoffs he will probably be rendered ineffective due to match ups like he was last season.

Yup Luc had the excuse of being hurt. But Ryan is just slow footed useless trash if his 30 foot hail marys aren't hitting in the playoffs

Which helps us none. If we can flip Anderson for draft picks and a backup 5 I’ll be happy.

Well it'll be nice to get a top 2 seed in the West. Trying to finish over SA, OKC and LAL Rockets gonna need all the help they can get in the regular season. Most teams shorten the rotation in the playoffs anyway.

There is talk with the Kings but if that falls thru, they may just buy Anderson out and tell him to get the fukk on...

Rumor I saw was Anderson to Charlotte for mkg and Marvin

That's interesting. Both have 2 years left on their deals. Not sure how close the salaries have to be of each other, but next year Marvin/MKG combined = 27million vs Anderson's 20.2 million.

Salaries aside, MKG is a very good defensive player but can't shoot for shyt. Conversely, Marvin shot 41% from 3 last year as a 6'9 PF/SF and can be a 'decent' defender/shot blocker. So with the limited minutes and shorted rotation we'd have come playoff time, i'd say Marvin would be the big addition to spell minutes at the pf or possibly have us go small when Capella is out. Basically a Luc replacement, tho who knows if he'll be as effective in the reg season.

MKG gives me that tony allen vibe, double edged sword where i can see him playing spot minutes vs every other playoff team but the warriors.
