Neither one of those teams was beating Denver in the SuperBowl that year though....:mjcry:


Funny how Denver potentially could be in the same position this year too, if they find a quarterback.

Trevor Sieman should be good enough for them

I really believe to this day that the Vikings offense woulda washed denvers defense and basically forced Elway to have to throw early and a lot since TD woulda got less carries if they were down so much.

I don't see any way Denver loses this game.
San Diego is one of the worst team's I've seen this year. They also seem to have awful luck and injuries.

Not going out on a limb, but Thursday Night Football always got :martin: games.

Not the way they were playing......Denver was on another level that SuperBowl......Neither the Falcons or Vikings had enough weapons offensively/defensively to disrupt what they were doing. Have to remember the Falcons went up to Minnesota, however you want to look at how it ended, it was a toss up at the end. They were evenly matched and Denver was just a step above both.
