:what: da fukk wrong with these Clem niccas?!

Shyt's embarrassing at this point.

And Dabo catching heat in the Bible Belt for injecting religion into the program... Where they do that at?!

:smh:

It's not even Clemson fans doing this. It's their own students at USuC who vandalized the trolley and spray painted the field. I have to admit they are ingeniously getting at Clemson though.

Trust me. We ain't on poisoning tree level crazy down here

Dabo is Gene Chizik. I keep telling people.

I want him to keep winning though because he's first in line to replace Saban at Bama. Then he'll get exposed. :scheme:

How's Dabo Chizik? Dabo is already more accomplished than Gene ever was. If it wasn't for Cam...well you know the rest. He's hired all the right people...took a pay cut so they can break bread too and ummm...Have you seen the recruiting class already for next year? Keep in mind Clemson compete with every SEC team for recruiting and does very well. Trust me when I say that Cole Stoude is calmer under pressure than Tajh and is an effective runner. Dabo got Clemson to were they are reloading not rebuilding

Can't say that, but I will say Oklahoma will be in the CFB Playoff, they're gonna have one of the top defenses in the country and a Heisman contender in Trevor Knight

I'm not gonna put too much on Knight just yet. He played lights out in the Sugar Bowl....but our coaching gameplan completely came together that day. If he plays consistently well this season I'll be happy. No Heisman talk from me, and I don't think Stoops will be running Knight alot b/c too much injury risk. And thankfully we're done with passing 45-50 times per game

If we find a corner and Trevor Knight plays consistently well..

you don't like Stanvon Taylor?

Sanchez being so small makes me a bit nervous tho b/c he's gonna be the main guy this year. Who's the other kid fighting for the 2nd CB spot?

I gotta see more from Knight then just a real good game against an unmotivated bama team that had nothing to play for and was out of it after a historic collapse agianst Auburn a few weeks before

Sanchez is 5'11. A little undersized but has supreme ball skills. I hope he has been working on his open-field tackling as it's his only flaw. Not as nervous with him as I am with the other CB's. If you think Sanchez is small. Stanvon Taylor & Ashton Bennett are 5'10 and were the names listed to replace Colvin... They didn't play particularly great in the spring game and I'm sure they will get cooked by Baylor, Tech and even K-State WR's. Julian Wilson is supposed to move to CB this summer. I'm more comfortable with him as he is 6'1, one of the faster players on the team and has the most game experience. This is suppose to be a title run season. I'm sure he'll be our starting corner come August. I feel Mike Stoops purposely over-recruited Taylor and Bennett because he covets big DB's in the mold of Derrick Strait and Tony Jefferson with speed. Marcus Green and Jordan Thomas will be competing for back-up spots and don't be surprised if Cameron Cotton(walk-on from Tulsa Union, 5'11 196) is in the mix too. All of them much bigger CB's.

There is a distinct difference in 5'9-5'10 CB's from 5'11+ CB's especially when the receivers are 6'0 or taller. Those smaller CB's may have speed but they will never be as strong as a bigger WR. Strength is paramount to playing CB. I'm sure you know that though, so I won't get into the intricacies.
