USC belonged over OU that was the moment the BCS was done. Big 12 wasn't even all that in 03 so OU's great wins came vs Texas and a Oklahoma St team that beat KSU early and did nothing else. Alabama was ass and USC gave UCLA the work 2x as much as OU did that season.
Yeah. True. KSU in that title game showed what everybody thought that team would be if they were healthy for the entire year. KState had injuries in that Marshall game in the first game of the season I think and they didn't recover in time for the Texas and I think Colorado game. I also thought USC should have went to the title game over OU but people for some unknown reason punished USC for losing to Cal on a last second field goal.

Yeah they lost an early season game in 3OT at Cal then rolled everyone the rest of the way. That was the game A-GAWD got hurt and the nikka came in and replaced him.

EDIT

Yeah KSU lost 3 in a row early on they were crushed by injuries.

I can't believe y'all would have rather have had a team who lost to Iowa State in the title game. :mjlol:

Yeah OKST losing to Iowa St in OT was bad the day the school suffered a horrible tragedy.

It's ok when LSU loses to a 5 loss Kentucky and a 5 loss Arkansas at home in 07 and gets to play title game down the road from it's campus. SEC privilege :sas2:

That wasn't a title game. It was a regular game after a school tragedy. I dont make excuses for teams but they CLEARLY were affected by that b/c they'd been rolling over everyone that year...including us. And that game, they just looked flat.

:patrice:

lol....that's a tough one. Either way it'll possibly determine part of the playoff

was that the year USF or Boston College were both in the top 5 or something? :mjlol:

Oklahoma st was winning at halftime:patrice:

Well that was bullshyt in the first place, but, everyone lost that year. It could've been Missouri vs West Virginia but they fukked it up themselves.

That was the majority opinion yo, you calling a lot of people idiots

He's a fine coach. Please look at their schedule and tell me notable teams that they beat while he was there? He beat a bad Ole Miss, Mizzou, Auburn his first year. Then a depleted Georgia team and a Florida squad that fell apart at the end of the year. If you think 3 straight winning seasons make them a football school. You're an idiot.

Point them out because they are. Find me one article where a high profile journalist calls Vandy a football school. :sas2: Being relevant for 3 years doesn't make you a football school. Especially when they have WAY more history in basketball.

Was just reading that Saban was consulting with Nick Aliotti this summer on how to defend high speed O's. Not really earth shattering news, just thought I would pass it along.
