You haven't read Morris's history. Chased Gus around for months. Gus saved his coaching career.

The offense they run looks nothing like and is in no way related to the Air Raid O that almost every Big 12 and fly-over/Southwestern HS uses.

We trumping up graduation rates now? Is that what its come to? :mjlol:

We just going to ignore conference titles, bowl wins, and Heisman winners now huh?

Clemson a bootleg Auburn down to bootleg Chizik(Dabo) and bootleg Gus(Morris). :russ:

Y'all have been in the SEC for nearly 60 years and only got 8 Conference titles...
over the same time Clemson's got 14 Conference titles.

Well as for the Heisman winner [individual award...lol] how's those NFL careers been for them. They avg about 4 yrs in right. Cam better be afraid...nicca just hurt his ankle today...lol

Bowl wins...hey you got me there...we've been to 36 and we're 18-18... i mean y'all have been to a whopping 2 more bowl games than us....yippee... and only won 4 more...yeah you really proving that eliteness.

And Dabo is already more accomplished than Chizik...and has a winning record against y'all...so don't laugh too hard. I mean...last time i checked...Dabo's won 51 games while Chizik is no where to be found. Since we puffing chest...Clemson has never lost 9 games in a season...y'all have...just 2 seasons ago...

Y'all may have had the most embarrassing bowl loss of the BCS era but we really discussing success

alright

We moving Goal post right. Yep we got beat...beat the shyt out of in fact...but that same year your squad went what...8-5. lol. In fact y'all keep picking on Dabo and Clemson but over the past 5 years the only SEC team we can't seem to beat is So Car...I mean... ya'll twice...LSU and UGA....interesting. Plus over the same time frame of 2008 to current...y'all have lost 7 more games than us. Losing 9 games recently... and of the 2 teams is the only one to actually go DEFEATED in a season with that hot 0-10 record. Don't let that title game appearance last season fool you...y'all backed into the game...cheated to stay competitive and still lost. And we all know about that scandal around SCam time. Auburn is nothing more than a collegiate Rehabilitation campus for other schools misfits...and it's ok...that's y'all niche...y'all done well.

We went 8-5 in the toughest conference when our offense was crippled by Chizik. And 3 of those 5 were to the top 3 teams in the nation. And you fukks still barely beat us.
And you barely beat us in our second worst school year of all time. Should've beaten FSU iand gotten that work in Pasadena you fukk nikkas. "Backed into the game" Y'all couldn't back into 20 points against the only great team in your conference, and y'all couldn't back into a win over Spurrier over the past 5 years.

The most laughable thing you said was Dabo is better than Chizik. Like nikka is that supposed to be some sort of award? Dabo ain't the best coach on his own team, and he ain't better than Malzahn. Try backing your own way into an undefeated season, a win over South Carolina, the CFPlayoff, or even being a top 15 program and then talk shyt b

If Auburn was in the ACC, shyt would be FSU vs Auburn in the championship every year...ain't no discussion there

And with all the facts I dropped...you gonna pretend like 3-9 didn't just happen after that 8-5 season? And you actually acting like in y all greatest season even it didn't take a miracle comeback via Cam to beat a lowly ACC team.

So you gonna pretend like Chizik 38-38 .500 record over 76 games is > Dabo's 51-23 .689 :what:

I'm done breh..
:stopitslime:

Since when and why Do aubbuie and clempson have beef?
Hell we don't...even said I was gonna visit Jordan Hare ...but apparently Auburn has the middle child complex. Can't keep up w/ Bama so they try to lil brother Clemson.

I realize most here are only interested in schools that are in the Autonomy 5 conferences but I didn't want to start a new thread and figured some are interested in things like new stadiums, uniforms, etc. I'm sure many are aware that Baylor is finishing up a new $250 million stadium but Houston and Tulane are also opening new stadiums. I can't speak for Tulane but we (Houston) spent less than half as much as Baylor on our stadium at about $120 mil. Unfortunately that's what happens when one school spends two decades in a power conference as opposed to CUSA. Baylor's stadium will also hold 45,000 compared to ours which will hold 40,000 plus standing room. I only bring up Baylor to give some context of the financial limitations that most schools that aren't in a major conference have to deal with.

With that said TDECU stadium is nearing completion and I brought some pics and a quick video:

Just a few more quick notes: The playing surface is field turf with the 'HOUSTON' endzone featuring an image of the city's skyline and the 'COUGARS' endzone has the school's logo. The team will have the option of entering the field from the tunnel or walk thru the crowd. When walking thru the crowd they will pass the club section that is separated by glass similar to how the Dallas Cowboys walk past fans as they take the field. In addition to the club section, which will take up an entire level on the home side, there will be party decks for large groups and an open concourse so fans can see the field while they stand in line at the concession stands.

If you're in H-town this fall slide thru the Tre and come enjoy a game. We have great tailgating, Frenchy's chicken, sell beer in the stadium, and of course we got some bad Houston women.

Ya, it is looking good. Is it going going to be fully done in time for the start of the season. I was looking at some pictures a couple days ago on skyscrapercity and it looked like they will be cutting it close with the the box seats in some other interior stuff. Just re checking it out today they are starting the landscaping it looks like today.

From what I understand it will not be 100% finished by opening day (Aug 29 for us). There will be some interior things that will need to be finished after the season begins just as you said. I think the adjacent buildings (band hall, ticket office, etc.) are what needs the most work. I wish I could explain further but I don't know anything about construction and if you read skyscrapercity I'm pretty sure you know way more about that type of stuff than I do. :lolbron:
