Andrew Luck is a monster no doubt. But if we're talking rookie QB's to come out David Carr is showing top 5-10 potential before our eyes. I've never seen a rookie QB put up video game numbers like this. He scored in three plays against one of the best defenses in NFL, who had one of the best defensive performances in NFL history last year.
