Then they said something on how the Cam case was over before he won the Heisman, no it wasn't. Then they keep gassing up Johnny Manziel, yeah he's amazing, most outstanding player though? Ehh...if Tebow didn't win it in 08, then Pigskin shouldn't win it this year.

yea, they killing me with this shyt...when did the Heisman become a good morals and character award?....it's obvious this shyt is a ploy to take some shine off the young brotha and give them a reason to hype up johnny football for the award...if they think he should win it, just say so, no need to fukk with the life of jameis like this...even though I think he was already a Heisman candidate, I think we gonna start hearing more for aj....

*disclaimer - i'm not saying if jameis is innocent or not...if the cat did something, he should go to jail...just saying this story stinks to high hell and seems like bullshyt to me*

Of course as a Bama fan I would love for AJ to win the Heisman, but Jameis has by far been the most outstanding player and he should win the Heisman (barring a complete meltdown in the next few weeks). And let's say voters hold this story against him and then he ends up innocent. They sure aren't holding Pigskin's off-season against him.

naw, I disagree a lil...they holding johnny off the field shyt against him...but they trying to spin it now: what he did isn't as bad as what jameis is accused off...

as for aj, always thought he was a candidate..especially this year since he putting up numbers...

They keep putting the game-manager title on AJ :to: I saw a article campaigning even for LB CJ Mosley, who has shown great leadership and put up good number. But I guess you have to fake a gf to get an invite to NYC :pachaha:

We'll let's see both run the same offense, 3-4 defense for both, both Heisman contenders as QB, Fisher a Saban disciple as well. Hell yeah, I wanna see that matchup.

He is a game manager. In every sense of the word. His job is to not make mistakes and make passes when needed.

In the literal sense of the award, Manziel should win the Heisman again IMO. Dude is a one man show like no one else in recent history and his stats are even better this year than last.

- 3313 yards passing with 31TDs/11INTs
- 73% completion rate (75% in conference games)
- 10.5 yards per completion
- 186.9 QB Rating
- 611 yards rushing with 8 TDs
- 2 400+ yard/70%+ passing games in losses against Bama and Auburn

:whoo:

He's an incredible player let down by some shyt accusations and an inept defense.

He's definitely MVP I'll tell you that, guys like Tebow, Manziel, and Newton, remove those guys from the team and they'd be less than stellar. I don't think AJ is a game manager, he's just a elite Pocket Passer. Greg McElroy was a game-manager.

Breh, I can't c/s that. Problem is, AJ has been sitting behind a 5-star/NFL caliber OL for the past 3 years now. Its hard to judge him when he has protection like that. He can make the throws and does it accurately but how much of that is truly him? I don't know. :yeshrug:

I see your point, it's kind of hard to shine like that in addition to have bruiser backs behind him.

alabama is the randy orton of football :camby: boring and uncompelling, simplistic everything

they just spend the most to have the most recruits, that system doesnt work when the talent isnt there :pacspit: just like it didnt when FSU wasnt recruiting well, and now that Craig is gone :ahh:

Running the ball 60 times a games isn't really compelling either, I see what y'all doing too, when y'all running 60 times against UT, I thought about our game against GaSouthern in 2011, not gonna work this time

running the ball 60 times isnt because our misdirection is so unknown and mysterious :lupe: its because our OLine physically dominates our opponents

Thats why i know it will CONTINUE to happen. Pray for turnovers :shaq:

you say game manager like it's a bad thing, it's not, that's what you want your qb....

as for johnny, he has a damn good case for Heisman....still think jameis is ahead of him though
