Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I want my abs to be visible all the time. :ld: I think I can do it because I'm at the point where I can see them poking out under my gut when I do certain exercises, but I want them to break free. I know what I have to do in order to get there - no carbs and more cardio, two things I'm dreading. :sadbron:

But I'm planning on going to Brazil next year ( @Malta :jawalrus:), so I want to look good for the beach :harden:

Brazil is land of the skinny nikka, you get brolic and they won't know how to react to you. We know you as Soundwave, down there they'd look at you like Devestator :blessed:

I know I can do this, it all comes down to motivation and sticking with the plans. I just have to add more ab exercises to my regimen as well.

Edit: Let me add that I'm a skinny dude myself, even with the muscle I've put on over the last few years ... it's just more defined.

Working out on the beach down there is dope, show off them abs on these bytches :salute:

good luck breh abs are made in the kitchen.. dont forget your obliques too (side abs)

All at 5'9 180 (im 172 now) :win:

Gunna try doing clean and jerk now. im looking at 315 goal. but ima be ambitious and go for 405:guilty:

I'm :flabbynsick: right now.

1. Make working out a habit not something I do occasionally.
2. Drop from 285 to 250.
3. 225 bench 1RM, 225x5 squat, 135x5 military press
4. 30 min 5k


If I complete #1 . 2-3 will be easy. 4 is tough. Cardio is a struggle.

cut down to like 110-115
run one of the "themed" races. (Zombie run, tough mudder, etc...I'm not even a runner, Idk why I wanna do one, they just look fun)
be able to squat/DL again. (:why:)
lift more, eat more, get swole.

you would have had the 2nd best c&j at the 2012 American Open with 405 in the 187lb weight class or (or won by ~50lbs at 169). 1st was 407 by someone who trains (or used to. dude is a strength coach at some college now) oly lifts 10+ times a week with Glenn Pendlay. :sadcam:

315 should be a lock if you get 455 hbbs and can push press 275 tho :salute:

my squat is currently 415x6 parallel, push press is at 225x1.

I knew that was a monumental goal cause the world record at 170 is 450lbs. at 187 its like 483. 315 is realistic but im currently rowing 315 (with a little swing) so idk i figured once i start training oly moves i should be able to power up much more weight. The 405 clean i should be able to hit with alot of work). its the jerking 405 thats like :rudy:

im currently doing highpulls as a progression. These things got my traps on :whoo:
