2013 goals:

Strength- be able to bench my friend, I think she weighs around 140. I also want to do 5 unassisted pullups by April/May.
Size- would like to add an inch to each thigh.
Flexibility- would like to do a front split, I got my yoga blocks ready.
Nutrition- would like to cut out red meat and be more consistent taking my supplements and tea.

Great combo, if anything I learn faster, when I hit up the gym on a regular basis during the school semester. :yeshrug:

Especially before a big final or working on a research project :thumbsdown:

I'll literally did a set then by like :ohhh: / :dwillhuh: that's what the professor meant. That was deep :wow:


lmaoooo brings back memories of me doing power cleans and reading a damn book in between sets :heh:

I've been stagnant all year. Wanted to get bigger, but wasnt eating/lifting enough. My goal is to lose the belly fat that crept up on me and shred down to 165 (currently 180) by June/July and maintain as much muscle as poss. Then second half purely strength training. fukk focusing on size. if it comes it comes

get on the 5/3/1 wave. def get stronger and bigger.

I'm still workin on 2011 goals :wtf:

all at <=175lbs bodyweight
power clean 275lbs (265)
hbbs 405lbs (365)
fs 365lbs (330)
deadlift 455lbs (440)
military press 225lbs (215)
incline 315 (300)
30 pullups / +145lb chinup (ZERO.. tricep injury.. but ~18 / +125lb)

push press 265

most important= stay on 5/3/1 for over 6 months

I really haven't made much progress this year. That's what I get for always switching up my goals/programming.


I'm changing these. I always set my goals too high and never reach them.
Changes in bold. and I added push press.

I wish I could do a full clean but my wrist is seemingly forever fukked. High pulls do the same shyt for ur traps and hips though. Just minus the catch.

I want my abs to be visible all the time. :ld: I think I can do it because I'm at the point where I can see them poking out under my gut when I do certain exercises, but I want them to break free. I know what I have to do in order to get there - no carbs and more cardio, two things I'm dreading. :sadbron:

But I'm planning on going to Brazil next year ( @Malta :jawalrus:), so I want to look good for the beach :harden:

break past the 10% bodyfat plateau (lowest i ever dropped to) and go on a proper cut where i actually count calories and macros and shyt

dead 500lbs by the end of the year (i'm probably reaching with this but throwing it out there :laugh:)

squat heavier (current max 335lbs without spot)

and basically not fall off due to changes in my life and shyt

Gained 6lbs in the past 2 months, but already back on it. Planning lots of things next year so it's time to get serious again. Goal is to drop 20 and get stronger

Hit up to 190lbs 9-10% bf

Got 20 pounds to go should be a cruise. Atleast 12 lbs muscle jus started liftin. seein Gainzzzz everywhere:ohlawd:

just did a long bulk to about 205 from 175... gained about 20 lbs lean mass in 6-7 months-ish. pretty sustainable gains.

gunna work on mad cardio until summer to drop to about 195 :takedat:
