I'm still workin on 2011 goals :wtf:

all at <=175lbs bodyweight
power clean 265
hbbs 365
fs 330
deadlift 440
military press 215
incline 300
30 pullups / +145lb chinup
push press 265

I really haven't made much progress this year. That's what I get for always switching up my goals/programming.

my PC went up ~20lbs and my incline bench went up a lot because I made it my main horizontal press. Everything else is where I was for a long time and in the case of the pullups, regressed a ton.

I spent a lot of this year getting lean then I just fukked up and got fat again in the last 2 months :deadrose: I also had various/reoccurring injuries, but this is about as healthy as I've been in ~10 months. Sticking with 5/3/1 should help me stay healthy.

Basically been spinning my wheels for 2 years :why: . I gotttttta do better in 2013 :snoop: . If I switch programs, I need yall to call me a morAn.

Yea I have kind of been stuck for ~2 or so years too. Hardest thing is to figure out what you want and how to get it.

Initially I was doing 1 body part/day with really heavy deads/squats mixed in once a week. I was on some anti-iso shyt :snoop: I got strong but didn't build much mass.

Eventually I switched to PHAT, which worked for a while but eventually wiped me out neurally/mentally. Tried to do a "4 day PHAT" and it was still fukking crazy.

Breaking point was really the pain I started to feel when I hit 405 on deads. I just stopped doing them and things have been much better. This year also had a lot of events... I got married + went on a honeymoon and had a lot of stressful events. So there were a lot of pauses and injuries.

Now I have a routine I like which isn't bothering me much... diet is alright gains wise (need to turn it up health wise). Next year I just want to keep things consistent and keep growing. I don't think I am gonna do a full on cut because I don't know if I will be strong enough by summer... I might slow things down bulkwise though and focus on cardio. Maybe just do a little trim cut but nothing drastic. Other than that :manny:

Plateaued the last few months. Been stuck at PRs on squats, dls, mitary, bench, rows. I'd like to switch up routines and maybe bust thru these. I know a lot of it has to do w my diet, lack of sleep and the booze. It's really hard w a kid now too. I'm hoping to get a bit more focused though. Def gonna check out that 531 you suggested when I get back from Miami.

if you are at a plateau try moving down in weight about 20% for all your exercises. do them with higher than usual reps and better form. do this for about 2 weeks then go back to heavy and see if u can beat PR.

Great combo, if anything I learn faster, when I hit up the gym on a regular basis during the school semester. :yeshrug:

Especially before a big final or working on a research project

I'll literally do a set, then by like :ohhh: / :dwillhuh: that's what the professor meant. That was deep :wow:

I agree breh, last semester this supplement called "lipo-6" got me through class smh.. I wasnt hitting the gym that much but when I went I used that shyt to get me hyped to lift. I noticed that my energy and focus was through the roof when I took it! I felt unstoppable! So I started taking it before class and I was hella alert :ohhh: I stopped taking it now that class is over, I just hope im not dependent on that shyt :dead:

I plan to put on 10 pounds of solid muscle by March/April.

Currently at 186, hoping to be about 195 by march and then maintain that for the year.

I've been stagnant all year. Wanted to get bigger, but wasnt eating/lifting enough. My goal is to lose the belly fat that crept up on me and shred down to 165 (currently 180) by June/July and maintain as much muscle as poss. Then second half purely strength training. fukk focusing on size. if it comes it comes
