He's gonna play. He has to play. He'll probably be limited to X number of snaps though.

Marcus Lattimore may not play in Saturday's game against Florida, and six other players on the injury report for South Carolina are dealing with the flu.
As previously reported, running back Marcus Lattimore missed practice on Wednesday with a bruised hip, but it was assumed that he would still likely play and was kept out as a precautionary measure rather than a setback. But according to Josh Kendall on Twitter, head coach Steve Spurrier has said that Lattimore may not play on Saturday against Florida.
If Lattimore is unable to go, Kenny Miles would start in his place. Lattimore joins seven other players on the injury report, six of whom are dealing with the flu, as noted in another Tweet from Kendall. Players listed with the flu include defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, wide receivers Ace Sanders and Bruce Ellington, cornerback Jimmy Legree and offensive linemen Cody Gibson and Mike Matulis.
Defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles is on the injury report with a shoulder issue. Lattimore practiced on Tuesday and Spurrier said he was expected to play, which is why many thought him being left out of practice was more of a precautionary thing than a serious chance that he'd miss Saturday's game.
I think he'll play. How much and how many carries Spurrier gives him is what remains to be seen. I KNOW for a fact that y'all run D isn't going to go 2 straight weeks getting bulldozed. I just CAN'T see that happening.
Y'all got the flu bug tho
