word. get that boy some real talent. he's surrounded by overachievers right now. those type of players help you in the regular season when most teams are half assing it most of the time but the talented teams rise to the top in the playoffs. if they are anywhere near the top 6 worst record, stern will step in and help out one of the premier franchises in the sport. stern wants a rival for the heat in the next 5 years.
