has there ever been a team that accumulated all the assets the bulls have in the past 2 off season but got nothing for them 2 off seasons in a row?


honestly, garpax needs to be fired, they have successfully taken this team out of contention, not the fault of the players at all, they get over the hump of being a mediocre team just fighting to get into the playoffs to posting best records in the reg season

now we back to 6th-8th seed status. rose dont deserve this.

they gonna sign some more vets possibly darko,t mac and michael redd

I'm not sure they do it now. With Deng's injured wrist, the need to win now and the fact that they gotta get these other deals signed and done, I think they hold off on it. On principle, I'd trade Derrick, Wes, and one pick for a healthy Deng, probably won't happen though.

They r saying dengs wrist is ok and he's not even gonna get surgery after the Olympics. I'm sure the bulls would let Deng go for just Derrick and a pick cuz of the salary savings alone.

like seriously, i have seen front offices of contending teams trade, or sign players in attempts to get better and it just didnt work out and that team became mediocre again

i have never seen a contending team throw they hands up and downgrade to mediocrity and not even attempt to upgrade and remain elite. i have never seen that in my lifetime.

Spurs traded away George Hill for Leonard last year who was a lotto pick, and the Bulls couldn't muster up a deal to get a player in this draft with all the assets that they have on the squad this offseason?
