dont do it, you can get a cheaper one for like 16 with all the internals replaced and tastefully modded

i also seen a 2008 M6 with 35k miles on it for around $30k. Way better deal in my opinion
Read a month or so ago that if the smg transmission goes it's 20k+ and it's a common issue.

As I've stated a couple times on here, If the car was maintained throughout it's ownership, you'll be fine. Whatever you do get into, make sure you get FULL maintenance records. If it's been serviced at a dealer all it's life, even better.
