acting like you weren't mad at the power trip. Austin sucked as a villein then and Triple H was picking up his slack in that department.

but lol @ the only people who can stand up to them were Kaine and Undertaker.

The Power Trip was almost a complete colossal failure. They went over Taker and Kane almost instantly and that was the only real competition they had until they finally had the courage to push Jericho and Benoit like they should of been pushed from the get go.

What was Cripple H doing that was so special during the Power Trip? He basically was added so he didn't become a secondary heel to Austin after the heel turn.

Hoestly, if a goal of a heel is to make you HATE them, and pay to see them get beat, nobody was fukking with 02-face turn HHH...i wanted steiner, booker, goldberg, jericho, rko, batista, hbk, all to beat him, and dude was the ultimate in status and you fukking despised him

They way they never went over though betrayed fan trust, but nobody was hated like hhh and evolution then. fukka gave HIMSELF A BELT.

Yea the whole Two Man Power Trip thing was bullshyt imo, but Triple H ultimately came out losing, because he was always billed as the second guy UNDER Austin in the group, and rightfully so, Austin had that nikka regressed to the IC strap

but i I was really referencing his summer of 01' heel run as leader of the alliance, it produced some GREAT moments imo. Initially i really didn't care for it as a younin because i wanted the bad ass babyface Austin but looking back on it, i like it a lot.
