Well even the Klan members on the jury are going to have a problem disregarding that statement and not convicting on that one.
Bingo. Just based on today's Hearing it is pretty clear it was felony murder. They pursued him. They blocked his ability to escape. The younger idiot pulled out a gun and intentionally shot him three times. That is felony murder. The felony appears to be the conspiracy by all threee people to unlawfully detain Aubery. The resulting murder is all of them even though the neighbor and the father never shot a gun. In fact the father even told the son not to shoot Aubery, because the father knew that would put them up shyt creek. The son did not give a damn now all of them need to serve a long time in prison.

Just based upon the information revealed at this Hearing it is very evident that County Attorney office is biased against Black people, because these defendants were not charged even though the son called the dying victim a racial slur.
