Stand your ground doesn’t apply if you initiate and escalate a threat...Thats wat i been saying, this is Trayvon Martin all over again.
At minimum they are going to get off on the stand your ground law.
The way the laws in some of these states are written, u have to completely submit to another person who is not law enforcement in order to save ur life.
Which is ridiculous.
Stand your ground doesn’t apply if you initiate and escalate a threat...
There was no video in that case.Isn't that exactly what Zimmerman did though?
And he didn't take the stand I believe .There was no video in that case.
hell he didnt even wear shoes when he went thru the garages at night..

i still don't understand how that case failed. Either it was supposed to fail, or she got sloppy... i dont get itGive her the benefit of the Doubt just like we gave this sister the same and she did her job
She didn’t get sloppy she charged them accordingly and those cops took a judge trail instead of a jury trial... The judge didn’t convict themi still don't understand how that case failed. Either it was supposed to fail, or she got sloppy... i dont get it
A home under construction in the state of GA is not a dwelling..They got video of him going thru homes at night too? I remember doing that as kids when they were building new houses in our neighborhood. Had to be careful because of nails on the floor
Either way irrelevant, you don't have the right to kill a man because he was walking thru unfinished homes
A home under construction in the state of GA is not a dwelling..

There’s little to nothing of a value on sites like these. Tools should be locked. And any equipment you can steal and pawn will be tracked down.
Usually theft on worksites is from construction workers stealing for their side businesses.
I hate this story.
