Once you hit 315,you are GOING to wanna hit 405,then so on,I remember first lifting wanting to just cut up and be in shape,then I hit 135 and wanted more,thought I would be satisfied once I hit 185,nope,225 was the last goal.....................supposedly, hit 315,and still want more,it's like an addiction to be stronger and stronger and stronger,just gives you a huge satisfaction seeing other big strong guys in the gym watching you move big heavy weight. That's how it was for me in prison,and I'm pretty sure that's how yall look at it here on the outside.

Breh i experienced the same thing for a whileBreh gimme advice on this bench thing. Hit 140kg/308lbs last week, yet with 2 plates 100kg/220lbs, most I can rep out is 8. I usually train in the 5 rep range for flat bench and 8-10 for incline & overhead. Am I doing something wrong? Been benching just over a yr but I'm a big fella so I kinda moved up quick.
