trying to use the bathroom without being a customer,
asking to use the restroom and delay ordering until a friend arrived, or
waiting to order until friend arrived?

I've seen a Black barbershop only allow customers to use the bathroom and allow anyone to use the phone for emergencies only. And a black manager at a restaurant did not allow me to use the bathroom because I wasn't a paying customer.
Are they being racist? I don't think so, but also I can't prove it

We all know rules like a dress code to enter a bar and bathroom access for paying customers, are certainly at the discretion of the employee and is not consistently enforced. Will a Black person get turned down for racist reasons? absolutely.
Is that always the case and is easy to prove? of course not

You will see a whiteman get turned down by a Black business if they choose to enforce a no-refund or no public bathroom policy because it's nothing racial about having such rules

I know the STARBUCKS corporation VERY WELL. What happened to those men in Philly is business as usual. My former partner worked for them for 3 years and the disparate, 2nd rate treatment that black customers receive on the regular is their way of doing business. Howard Schultz, its CEO, knows my government name and so do many in their legal department. So does Magic Earvin Johnson for that matter. (Though I'm sure they will all deny it) They changed their employee evaluation forms throughout the United States as a result of letters my former partner and I sent to them.

They had a deliberate, unwritten de facto policy of not hiring heterosexual black men in the San Diego area and, I'm sure, throughout the world. They also subjected the few they hired to disparate adverse evaluations and discipline compared with nonblack people and gay black males. (They hired very few heterosexual black women who were not obese, either. But, the discipline was not as severe againt them.) The State of California and Starbucks conspired against a black male heterosexual whom Starbucks had harassed the entire course of his employment including letting white women sexually harass him with plenty of witnessess and documentation. As his administrative attorney, I presented the state of California and Starbucks with the indisputable proof of that conspiracy. The state, then, departed from all usual process of an appeal Starbucks had filed against an unemployment compensation claim in which the black male claimant had prevailed on first hearing: With no notice, they halted the process of scheduling the 2nd hearing and paid the claimant----to make it quietly go away..

Starbucks routinely lets white homeless people sit all day in the premises purchasing nothing. They even let these white people sleep on the outside premises and neither Starbucks nor the police who come in to get their drinks do anything about it. But, in locations where there are more black customers, the police are regularly called to harass black customers and the baristas deny courtesies like larger (venti) filtered waters that are given with a smile to nonblack customers. Wherever there are larger percentages of black customers, they make sure there is little comfortable seating with very limited access to working spaces with charging outlets for devices .

This is nothing but the SYSTEM of racism (Anti-Blackness). And, it is useless to resist the instructions of their enforcement officials when being told to leave the premises. There is nothing special about Starbucks. This is what goes down daily in every area of people activity and geographic location.

The global system of racsim (Anti-Blackness) is in charge until we can bring this terror domination to a physical stand-off with appropriate technology.

If I expire within the next few months from "an accident" or some "natural cause", so be it---- However few people actually see this in their newsfeed or who publicy react in support of it.
