I understand the racial aspect of the game in America, or at least I can see the reason in their history, but there are some guys who are taking it too far and let it distort their view on fights. Other than that I don't understand why Wilder is THE guy for these LDBC dudes, why is it not Bud or Spence...?
What? They love Spence...wtf...

If Wilders smart he'll take step aside money and ink a deal where he gets the winner of Fury vs AJ. He'll get more time off to improve his skills and recover, then fight for more money and the grand prize of being undisputed HW champion. No brainer really.

Lou Diabella suggested what we said in here, winner of Wilder vs Ruiz fights the winner of AJ vs Fury, that would be fair, Whyte must get his shot too but that can be worked out.

Wilder vs Ruiz fights the loser between AJ vs fury.

The winner of AJ vs fury does whatever they want.

I doubt Wilder would be open to that though. Fighting Ruiz is an unnecessary risk he doesn't need to take IMO. Him getting the winner of Fury/Joshua would be pretty much guaranteed if he agrees to take step aside money. Why fight Ruiz for nothing?

That's fair too, Whyte needs a title shot also, a straight shot, no more other fights to get something he already has. If AJ vs Fury happens winner should fight Whyte, Ruiz vs Wilder and the winner of that could get the loser of AJ vs Fury. There's ways to work it out, but I don't think it will happen, Wilder is too used to ducking, I doubt he will take unnecessary risks.

I agree, I don't think Wilder would do it, he wants to stay as far away from AJ as possible. He wouldn't fight him for 120 mil deal so he's not gonna fight him for less. It would make sense and a way to sort out the whole division but I just don't think Wilder will do it, he's too shook, after Fury beat the breaks off him I doubt he's gonna wanna fight AJ who could knock him out clean and cold, and dominate him like Wlad did to him.

And you're right in a sense, I highly doubt he'll take that fight but the positive would be people may buy into him a bit more again if he gets a good real win under his belt, Ruiz would be the best fighter he's ever beat if he were to beat him. Wilder don't want to fight anybody live though anyway, especially with power, just wants the belts back to save face and for status and money.
