I honestly don’t think Wilder can box like how AJ did in the 2nd Ruiz fight. AJ has always been a much better boxer than Wilder. Wilder could beat Ruiz or anybody if he lands them big shots, Ruiz is a very good boxer though and he’s tough as hell. People shyt on Ruiz but he got outboxed by a bigger and better man against AJ in the rematch. AJ boxed majestically and dominated, it was a fantastic masterclass display. I’ve never seen Wilder box anywhere near that level.

If Ruiz is just smart and constantly pressures Wilder he could knock him out, worse than Romanov did, maybe even worse than Fury did. Fury bullied him with size and will, Ruiz could bully him with speed, power and combinations. If Ruiz lands keeps landing on Wilder he could knock him out, he just has to walk him down and get in range, if his defence is up to par and he can move his head and come in low he could have great success. The blueprint to beat Wilder in my opinion isn’t just what Fury did, that’s 1 way, but I think if he fights top rated smaller guys they will do the same to him, similar to what Romanov did to him, I wanna see him vs Usyk, Ruiz and fighters like that.

Wilder’s turned me off a bit with his excuses though, I was quite excited to see him in different stylistic match ups even after the loss but his excuses have kind of made me feel like I couldn’t care less about seeing him fight again. I’d still watch the fights though, but just lose respect for him as a fighter and a man with the excuses.
I’m a firm believer Wilder would lose to Ruiz now.

Ruiz would have him backing up all night.

He can’t box so his jab wouldn’t stick like Joshua's did. Ruiz is faster than Fury and just as good as a boxer if not better on the inside, he has great head movement, and power in every combo.

if Wilder doesn’t get space to throw that right hand he’s most likely getting beat worse than Fury beat him...

Something you can’t comprehend friend?

Ruiz has faster hands but can't move for shyt, and HORRIBLE head movement. When he's IN SHAPE (like against Dimitrenko) he's at best a straight forward bulldog type fighter with no lateral movement. I can tell you ain't really watched his fights breh :mjlol:

I ain't even a Wilder fan and know he's limited as fukk, but Ruiz would get slumped by Wilder. Fury is a generational talent, so to act like Ruiz is even close to him skillwise is rediculous :gucci:

I can tell you haven’t either

nobody is calling this dude Tyson but from the 4/5 fights I’ve seen he’s had solid head movement in comparison to his competitors... how tf you think he’s able to get in as a smaller fighter.

Wilder on the other hand has ZERO head movement... nikka is food to anyone he can’t hit with his right hand. He loses every round to every fighter, you think he’s going to be winning rounds against ruiz who can actually get in, throw bombs, AND box?

nikka would be food and y’all know it. He fooled you nikkas with this “mystique” of being a monster. I would love for him to take the Ruiz fight. If he getting rocked by fury touching him imagine someone with speed and power in both hands willing to pressure him... :mjlol:

Calling Fury a generational talent is stretching it though. Dude uppercut himself in the face once. Generational talents don't do shyt like that. :mjlol:

Fury is the most skilled heavyweight, but he's not leaps and bounds over a guy like Ruiz who's skilled in his own right. Wilder/Ruiz is at least an even fight. Hell, if Ruiz comes in lighter than he did for the Joshua rematch, he might end up as the odds favorite that night. :manny:

Why is it a stretch though? Because of that uppercut lol?

He went and defeated Klitshko after a 10 year reign in Germany.

He then arguably (not really) beat Wilder twice who has also had not just a long reign but knocked out everyone hes fought, again, in his own back garden. After 3 years of living a movie and losing 10 stone.

Fury is definately leaps and bounds over a Ruiz, this is not up for debate. AJ did a Fury like performance to beat Ruiz, what do you think the real Fury would do to him?

If Lennox is a generational talent then both Fury and AJ are due to be there soon.

Fury has beaten Vlad and Wilder....that's it. He resume is pretty "aight" but he def has time to add to it since he'll be able to fight the likes of Whtye, Wilder 3x, AJ, Usyk, and maybe even Dubios if he turns out to be a player in the HW division a few years from now. Time is on Fury's side, we just have to see if desire and the want to fight into his mid to late 30's is....

This. Tyson's resume is ok. Nothing stellar.

fukk it

I'll play your game

Silver Medalist in the Olympics

Bryd defeated the bigger badder and meaner Klitschko brother by TKO on 2 weeks notice on his turf.

Beat hard punching contender Jimmy Thunder (R.I.P.) during his prime.

Has wins over a prime Tua that actually trained and fought like he wanted to win.

Beat focused contender Jameel Mcline in a damn good heavyweight clash where he got up to win. Gave up 60 pounds as well

Beat a still serviceable version of Holyfield that put his foot in Rahman's ass and left him with a melon growing out of his head.

Beat a dangerous punching Touch of Sleep Williamson (yes in a boring fight)

Chris Bryd did all this shyt, while never punching himself in the face and nobody calls him a generational talent. His level of competition was leaps and bounds ahead of these nikkas today.

Nobody right now is close to being a generational talent. Fury is the top dude sure, but he has too many hot and cold performances and not enough quality names on his record to make that claim.
It's literally just. Wlad, Wilder, Chisora, and Cunningham.....All those years of boxing and he only has 4 names of note and one was a cruiserweight.

I'm not gonna set the bar that low for generational talents so we can agree to disagree on this fam.
